Ali completed the dual degree (Au.D./Ph.D). Her research interests are aural rehabilitation, amplification and counseling. Her Ph.D. dissertation was titled “A qualitative evaluation of the listening effort experience of adults with hearing loss.” She completed her AuD externship year at West Chester Institute of Human Development as a LEND trainee. Ali is an audiologist at the New England Center for Hearing Rehabilitation (Nechear) and adjunct faculty member in SLHS at UCONN.
