Ph.D. Students

The faculty, research associates, and students of the Aural Rehabilitation Laboratory share a common belief that successful management of hearing loss is dependent upon holistic, patient centered care.  There is not a “one size fits all” treatment plan for individuals with hearing loss and their families.  Students and faculty work collaboratively. Students can expect to gain skill(s) broadly in the areas of aural rehabilitation, amplification and counseling. Students will conduct independent research projects as well as participate in research team studies. Students will get guidance and experience as they work toward their goals as independent researchers and scientists.
